At Agriturismo Casallario, olive trees surround the property like silent guardians of the Tuscan landscape. Every year, between October and November, we devote ourselves with passion to the olive harvest, still carried out by hand in the traditional way. The result is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, with an intense and genuine flavor that embodies the very soul of our land.

During their stay, guests can taste our oilโ€”also used to season the typical dishes of the houseโ€”or purchase it directly at the agriturismo, bringing home an authentic flavor of Tuscany.

In Tuscany, extra virgin olive oil is not just an ingredient: it is culture, landscape, and identity.
