Payment Schedule
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with any additional services, must be paid on-site.
Cancellation Policy
100% refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days before arrival.
50% refundable if the cancellation is made 15 days before arrival.
Non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required.
Tourist Tax
Please note that the rates do not include the tourist tax.
The Tourist Tax is applied to anyone staying in accommodation facilities within the municipality of Volterra.
The tax amounts to (2 € /person), per night, for the first five nights only, and applies to adults over 12 years of age. It will be collected upon arrival.
